What could be the reason for suspension or cancellation of the tournament?

The tournament may be suspended or canceled, for example, because of technical failure.
If the tournament is canceled due to technical reasons all the buy-ins will be returned to the participants` accounts.

Do I need to provide a passport or other documents to confirm my age?

Documents proving your age need to be provided only upon request of forexstars.com, as stipulated in the contract for services - http://forexstars.com/aboutlist/contract-of-service-en-Us.

When the official results of the tournament are calculated?

Official results of the tournament are calculated immediately after its finish. It will be displayed in: tab " Personal cabinet " - " Past tournaments ", choose the tournament and click the tab "Results."
Also, to see your victories, you can choose tab " My victories " in your Personal cabinet.

What time is displayed in your account?

All times that appear in your account are UTC +0 (GMT+0)

Are there any restrictions on trade?

Our service does not restrict your trading strategy. On the contrary, we welcome original and versatile strategy. It is important to remember that the restrictions may be imposed by your broker.

How quick the funds are credited to the personal account?

The funds are credited to your account instantly. If this didn`t happened, please contact us at support@forexstars.com

A withdrawal request is processed in 3 working days. Usually it takes 1-2 working days to process it.

May I deposit using one payment system and withdraw with another?

You can withdraw your winnings in any payment system, which suites you better. But you need to withdraw your initial deposit amount using the same payment system, you used to deposit.

What currency should I use to deposit?

For now, we accept deposits in USD. More currencies will be available soon.

Is it possible to make internal transfers between different accounts?

No, internal transfers are not permitted.

What commission is taken by company to conduct financial operations?

When funding an account using electronic payment systems you pay only the commission of these systems. Our company does not charge a commission for your financial operations.

How to change or restore the password in your account?

To change the password you need to go into personal cabinet, click "Profile" and open the window "Edit personal information". Check the "Change Password" tab and you will see three blank fields: 1 - old password, 2-new password, 3 - repeat the new password. Click «edit», fill in the fields and password will be changed.

If you want to register for a tournament with a buy in, you will need to make a deposit. However, freerolls are free and no deposit is required.

Protect your personal information is quite easy - just follow these rules:
- Install and use antivirus software and regularly update anti-virus database
- Install and use a personal firewall (software that prevents unauthorized access to the data on your computer)
-Do not use same logins and passwords for different websites. A regular procedure for changing the password is also recommended.

What is the minimum Buy-in to tournaments?

The minimum amount of Buy-in is 10$ +1$. But there are special tournaments and freerolls, where the Buy-ins are 0$.

Where can I find information about the tournament and how can I take part in the tournament?

In order to participate in the tournament you must register on the site, then connect your trading account. After that, open the tab "Tournaments" and select the tournament you would like to participate, click on it and select the tab "Register", then, in the window below select your trading account and register.

Can I participate in several tournaments?

Yes, you can participate in multiple tournaments at once.

If my account is attached to more than one trading account, can I use multiple accounts in the same tournament?

Yes, you can use multiple accounts in the same tournament.
